We usually get great pizzas I didn't get my thin crust and it just didn't taste right. We go at least once a month sometimes twice it just tasted different. Even the kids wouldn't eat it. It was the crust. I believe. We usually eat one large and half of the second. We didn't even eat half of the first. Called. Said nothing different and no one else had complained. Not happy
We LOVE Papa Murphy’s E-Town! The family that operates this specific location is a great bunch of people… They are all super kind, and very friendly, and the atmosphere within is just as easy-going and inviting as the people within! Aside from the warm service, the food is great too; We make it a monthly tradition to stop in and pick up our favorite family-sized “Stuffed 5-meat pizza”, and the never cease to keep us coming back for more… 5 stars for our favorite local pizza joint!
We ordered 1 medium cheese, 1 medium pepperoni and 1 large stuffed crust and between 7 people we left 1 slice of stuffed (or double) crust. The pizza was delicious. Where else can you get that much pizza for around $40 that's not greasy? We live in Texas and ALL the Papa Murphy's are closed here so we knew we had to eat here while visiting Radcliff. I have always recommended Papa Murphy's and now my relatives, who live there, know why.
I called down to place an order so that it would be ready when my son came and got it. They said perfect, is he on his way? “Yes, I live 4 miles from there, but it’s 6:48. Barring nothing crazy, he will be right in.” He gets there right at 7:00, and the Mgr on duty, “ Mollie” I believe, says it’s cash only so if you don’t have cash, then we can’t help you.
I called and expressed that I was never told cash only, and that while I understand that the system shut down, my son could have ran right across the street and got cash. Then I began to wander if the system is shut down, how were they going to open the register for change, give me a receipt, or anything else that required the “system that had been shut down?”
If this is how paying customers are treated when we are trying to support our locally owned stores, this is very bad look indeed.
I am highly dissatisfied and will wait to see if real management makes an attempt to make this right.
